(2) On D Model or A Model while the Equipment power is off
1. Shut down the OS, disconnect the power cord plug from the outlet, and wait at least
one minute.
2. Loosen the two front screws fixing the target HDD case.
3. Holding the front handle of the HDD case, pull out the HDD case halfway.
4. Holding the base part of the HDD case by the other hand, remove the HDD case
completely.
To attach an HDD, reverse the order of the above steps. Pay attention to avoid physical
shock when you press-fit the rear connector of the HDD case into the mating connector
on the chassis.

*1 On A Model, install the system disk to drive bay 1. Make sure of the destination drive bay number
for the system disk because the OS can start up even if the system disk is installed in drive bay 2.
*2 On D Model, install the system disks to drive bay 1 and drive bay 2.
