(*) En estos casos se suministra una unidad especial tipo HAND
TERMINAL con la que es posible programar los parámetros y las
configuraciones sin actuar en la parte delantera del relé.
13.3.6 Función Read / Edit
En la parte delantera del relé se ha previsto una llave extraíble de dos
posiciones que permite la habilitación para consultar solamente los
parámetros programados (modalidad READ) o permite también modificar
las configuraciones efectuadas (modalidad EDIT).
Esta función especial permite efectuar la configuración en condiciones
muy seguras ya que sólo los usuarios habilitados al cambio de dichas
configuraciones (llamados SUPERUSER) poseen la llave (que sólo se
puede extraer en la posición READ) mientras todos los otros (llamados
USER) sólo están habilitados para consultar los parámetros programa-
dos.
En particular, las funciones posibles, según la posición de la llave, son:
Bloqueo con llave en posición READ (USER):
– En configuración local:
– Consulta de las medidas de corriente
– Consulta de los parámetros de configuración de la unidad P o
PD
– Consulta de los parámetros de protección
– Consulta de la información de la unidad de protección
– En configuración remota (con unidad de diálogo):
– Como en la configuración local
Bloqueo con llave en posición EDIT (SUPERUSER):
– En configuración local:
– Consulta de las medidas de corriente
– Consulta de los parámetros de configuración de la unidad
– Consulta de los parámetros
– Consulta de la información de la unidad de protección
– Configuración de la unidad
– Programación de los parámetros correspondientes a las pro-
tecciones
– Habilitación del pulsador "TEST"
– Cierre y apertura del interruptor
– En configuración remota (con unidad de diálogo) (*):
– Consulta de las medidas de corriente
– Consulta de los parámetros de configuración de la unidad
– Consulta de los parámetros
– Consulta de la información de la unidad de protección
– Solicitud a la unidad central para la habilitación al funciona-
miento en local
(*) Funciones que el operador puede efectuar directamente en el relé
cuando se encuentra en configuración remota.
Desde remoto es posible efectuar las mismas funciones disponibles
actuando directamente en el relé cuando el mismo se encuentra en
configuración local.

13.3.6 Read / Edit function
There is a removable key with two positions on the front of the relay.
This allows enabling for consultation of the parameters set only (READ
mode), or it also allows modification of the configurations set (EDIT
mode).
This particular function allows a configuration procedure to be carried out
under extremely safe conditions. In fact, only the users enabled to change
these configurations (called SUPERUSERS) possess the key (which can
only be removed in the READ position), whereas all the others (called
USERS) are only enabled to consult the parameters set.
In particular, the functions allowed according to the position of the key are
as follows:
Key lock in READ (USER) position:
– with local configuration:
– consultation of the current measurements
– consultation of the configuration parameters of the P or PD unit
– consultation of the protection parameters
– consultation of the protection unit information
– with remote configuration (with dialogue unit):
– as per local configuration
Key lock in EDIT (SUPERUSER) position:
– with local configuration:
– consultation of the current measurements
– consultation of the configuration parameters of the unit
– consultation of the parameters
– consultation of the protection unit information
– configuration of the unit
– programming of the parameters regarding the protections
– enabling of the "TEST" button
– circuit-breaker closing and opening
– with remote configuration (with dialogue unit) (*):
– consultation of the current measurements
– consultation of the configuration parameters of the unit
– consultation of the parameters
– consultation of the protection unit information
– request to the central unit for enablement of operation locally.
(*) Actions which can be undertaken by the operator working directly on
the relay when it is in remote configuration.
From remote it is, in any case, possible to carry out the same actions
which are made available by acting directly on the relay when it is in
local configuration.
