Mantenimiento

8.1 Advertencias
Antes de efectuar cualquier operación de mantenimiento es necesario:
– abrir el interruptor y controlar que los resortes del mando estén
descargados;
– en el caso de interruptor extraíble, trabajar con el interruptor extraído
desde la parte fija;
– para intervenciones en los interruptores en ejecución fija o en partes
fijas de interruptores seccionables, quitar tensión al circuito de
potencia y a los circuitos auxiliares; además, hay que conectar a
tierra de manera bien visible los terminales, desde el lado de
alimentación y desde el de carga.
Durante el servicio normal, los interruptores requieren un mantenimien-
to reducido.
En el párrafo siguiente se ilustra la tabla del programa de mantenimiento
y la correspondiente periodicidad. En particular, por lo que se refiere
a la periodicidad de las intervenciones, se aconseja atenerse, durante
el primer año de servicio como mínimo, a cuanto descrito en la tabla.
En función de los resultados obtenidos durante los controles periódi-
cos, establecer los intervalos más adecuados para las operaciones de
mantenimiento.
Además, se aconseja tener en cuenta lo siguiente:
– los interruptores que efectúan pocas maniobras o que, en cualquier
caso, permanecen cerrados o abiertos durante largos periodos, se
tienen que accionar de vez en cuando para evitar agarrotamientos;
– durante el servicio, controlar visualmente la parte exterior del
interruptor para detectar la presencia de polvo, suciedad o daños de
cualquier género. Para interruptores con relés SACE PR112/P,
controlar el porcentaje de desgaste de los contactos;
– para los interruptores con relés SACE PR111, se aconseja instalar
el cuentamaniobras mecánico (suministrado bajo demanda); el relé
SACE PR112 permite ver, en cada momento, el número de manio-
bras efectuadas por el interruptor en servicio en el correspondiente
display; este último relé suministra diferente información útil para el
control del estado del interruptor (véase parte B).
Los interruptores SACE Emax, con o sin motorreductor, pueden
soportar los siguientes ciclos de maniobra sin tener que sustituir las
piezas, pero con un mantenimiento regular.

8.1 Cautions
Before any maintenance operation, the following procedures must be
carried out:
– open the circuit-breaker and check that the operating mechanism
springs are discharged
– for withdrawable circuit-breakers, work with the circuit-breaker
withdrawn from the fixed part
– for interventions on fixed version circuit-breakers or on fixed parts
of withdrawable circuit-breakers, turn the power supply to the power
circuit and the auxiliary circuits off. Also visibly earth the terminals on
both the supply and load side.
The circuit-breakers require minimum maintenance during normal
service.
The paragraph below shows the maintenance programme table,
indicating the relative time intervals between interventions. In particular,
with regard to these time intervals, it is advisable to follow what is
specified in the table, at least for the first year of service.
On the basis of the results obtained during the periodic checks,
establish the best dates for maintenance operations.
It is also advisable to refer to the following rules:
– the circuit-breakers which only operate rarely, or which remain either
closed or open for long periods, must be activated from time to time
to prevent them sticking.
– during service, visually inspect the circuit-breaker from the outside
to detect any dust, dirt or damage of any kind. For circuit-breakers
with SACE PR112/P releases, check the percentage of wear on the
contacts.
– For circuit-breakers with SACE PR111 releases, installation of the
mechanical operation counter is recommended (supplied to order).
The SACE PR112 release allows display at any time of the number
of operations carried out by the circuit-breaker in service on the
special display. This release also makes various useful information
available for control of the state of the circuit-breaker (see part B).
When regular maintenance is carried out, SACE Emax circuit-breakers
- with or without gearmotor - can withstand the following operating
cycles without replacement of parts:
