Transfer the waste ink

Prepare a container like PET bottle to transfer the waste ink.
Important!
The capacity of waste ink tank is 1,400 ml. Make sure to prepare a container that has enough capacity when discharging waste ink.
CAUTION
Make sure to completely empty the waste ink tank.
If not, the waste ink counter cannot count the waste ink level correctly and it can lead waste ink leaks inside
or from the printer.

Hold both sides of the light-blocking cover, and open it.
Pull out the waste ink tube.
• Insert the waste ink tube into a container.
• Turn the tab of the tube clamp and position it as shown in the
illustration on the left.
• Pour waste ink into the container.
• When the waste liquid has been moved, return the tube clamp tab
to the original position.
Return the waste ink tube to the original position.
