The AT+CBST write command selects the bearer service <name>, the data rate <speed>
and the connection element <ce> to be used when data calls are originated. The settings
also apply to mobile terminated data calls, especially when single numbering scheme calls
or calls from analog devices are received (see AT+CSNS). See GSM 02.02 for a list of
allowed combinations of subparameters.
