Unsolicited Result Codes:
URC 1
+CSSI: <code 1>
When <n>=1 and a supplementary service notification is received after a mobile originated call setup,
intermediate result code "+CSSI: <code 1>" is sent to TE before any other MO call setup result codes.
URC 2
+CSSU: <code 2>
When <m>=1 and a supplementary service notification is received during a mobile terminated call setup or
during a call, unsolicited result code "+CSSU: <code 2>" is sent to TE.
URCs will be displayed only if the call concerned is a voice call, but some URCs will be displayed as well as for
