The short message storage "MT" (see AT+CPMS) is a logical storage. It consists of two
physical storages "ME" and "SM". This command allows to select the sequence of
addressing this storage.

"MT" storage is "ME" then "SM". Default.
"MT" storage is "SM" then "ME"
