When activated, an unsolicited result code is sent when the CCM value changes, but
not more often than every 10 seconds.
The read command returns the current ACMmax value. ACMmax contains the maximum
number of home units allowed to be consumed by the subscriber.
The write command sets the Advice of Charge related to the accumulated call meter
maximum value in SIM file EF (ACMmax).
