The AT^SISC write command closes the TCP/IP connection to the remote peer which
was opened with AT^SISO. All resources are released, all status information
parameters, e.g. <srvState>, <unackData>, <ackData>, <rxCount> and <txCount>
counters, are reset. Only the initial configuration settings are preserved. The service can
be restarted any time, using the same configuration or a new one.
