The AT+CLIR command refers to the GSM supplementary service CLIR. The settings
made with AT+CLIR=1 or AT+CLIR=2 are used for all outgoing calls until the ME is
switched off or AT+CLIR=0 is used.

This command refers to the GSM supplementary service COLP that enables a calling
