Keeper Screw (2 and 5)
• The four screws 1, 3, 4 and 6 that
are shown in the left above lock the
holding plate for the knife.
• Screws 2 and 5 prevent the knife
from dropping when the screws 1, 3,
4 and 6 are loosened by the vibra-
tion of the machine. A special tool is
required to loosen screws 2 and 5.

The clamp is
hooked on the
knife holder.
The edge of the clamp is always
below the edge of knife.
The cut line is the light from this space.
