Using the default iParameter set
You can use the default iParameter set of the PROFIsafe I/O module without
changing the iParameter settings. Apply the value of the F_iPar_CRC parameter
specified in the section "Appendix" > ... > "Overview of PROFIsafe F
Parameters" by setting the F_iPar_CRC to this value in the hardware
configuration environment.
If you have correctly set the F_iPar_CRC, there is a match with the iPar_CRC
persistently stored in the PROFIsafe I/O module.
Then compile the hardware configuration and safety program and check the
assignment of the PROFIsafe subscribers to the respective run-time group. Then
transfer the entire project to the safe PLC.
Note when replacing an I/O module (e.g., in case of maintenance), note that the
PROFIsafe I/O module cannot be automatically reparameterized.
Diagnostic message when there is a difference between the F_iPar_CRC and
iPar-CRC!
When there is a difference between the F_iPar_CRC and iPar-CRC, note that the
"Error when downloading the iParam" diagnostic message first appears after
about 4.5 minutes. As a remedy, adjust the iParameters of the PROFIsafe I/O
module using the WAGO parameterization tool.
You have to observe the listed required workflows within the respective
manufacture documentation, as well as check and document all safety functions.
