Out of specification
The unit has been found outside the specification.This may happen due to various reasons.

Please run LambdaZero from the menu first. If the failure persists, reboot the mainframe and run realign
from the menu. If this does not help, please return the unit to your local service center for repair.
Duty cycle out of range
The power control loop cannot control the correct output power anymore, because the duty cycle of the
external modulation is too small.

Increase the duty cycle (that is, increase the on-state duration of the modulated signal)
Beampath safety error
A problem on the module has lead to an unsafe operation state. For this reason, the shutter has been
closed.
All attenuators
If this problem occurs several times, please send the module to the local Keysight service center for repair.
Module communication error
There was an error in communication between module and mainframe. For safety reasons, the module was
disabled and the shutter closed.
