Using Avaya CallPilot® system utilities
To access the CallPilot System Monitor
On the Windows desktop, click Start → Programs → CallPilot → System Utilities →
System Monitor.
Result: The CallPilot System Monitor window appears. By default, the Channel Monitor
tab appears at the top. Click the other tabs to view the information on those tabs.

The following is an example of the Channel Monitor tab when connected to a Meridian 1.

CallPilot services
The Service Name pane shows the status of services from a CallPilot perspective. The
Windows Services Control Panel can show that a service is running, but it may not be fully
running or in service from a CallPilot perspective. Refer to the Channel Monitor tab in the
Systems Monitor for the true status.
