Replacing or adding voice processing boards

Requirements

• Phillips (cross head) screwdriver, #1 and #2 bit
• MPB96 replacement board
• electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap
To replace an MPB96 board
1. Courtesy stop all Avaya CallPilot channels. Refer to
2. Power down the server, unplug all peripheral devices and ethernet cables, and
3. Attach the ESD strap to your wrist and attach the other end to a known grounded
