5. DEVELOPMENT
5.1 DEVELOPER REMOVAL

NOTE: When replacing the developer,
make sure that the drum
is must be installed.
1. Remove the middle right cover. (See Middle Right Cover Removal.)
2. Open the main board bracket (1 knob screw).
3. Open the middle unit and lay a sheet of A2 paper (C size) [A] on the right
side of the paper entrance section as shown.
4. Remove the cover plate [B] (1 ground screw).
5. Activate the lower safety switch.
6. Close the main board bracket (1 knob screw).
7. Open the developer exit cover [C] (1 screw).
CAUTION: When opening the cover, the developer right away will fall
on the paper.
