CRANKCASE DISASSEMBLY
TR 650 TERRA 2013 - TR 650 STRADA 2013
Installation:
- Heat the left crankcase half to approx. 100°C.
- Use an appropriate tool to install the bearing (1) into the crankcase half with
the closed side towards the outside.
- When the crankcase has cooled, insert a new oil seal using an appropriate
tool.
- Repeat on the right side of the crankcase.

GEARBOX SHAFTS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

- Disassemble the crankcase as described in the relevant paragraph.

Removal of the gear engage forks

- Extract the pins (1) from the forks (2).
- Tip the forks (2) outwards and extract them.

Gearbox shafts removal

- Remove the input shaft assembly (3) and the output shaft (4) by tapping the
portion of output shaft that projects from the crankcase with a plastic mallet.
