Remove the rubber cap (6) from the valve (7) on the brake calliper (B).

Insert one end of a transparent clear tube in the valve (7) and insert the other
end in a container containing fluid (the end of the tube must be completely
immersed in the fluid).

Pull the brake lever (4) and hold to maintain pressure in the circuit, undo the
valve (7) then tighten again while continuing to hold the lever, then release
the lever.

Repeat the previous step a few times until the fluid flowing through the trans-

parent tube contains no air bubbles.

Top up the fluid level in the reservoir (5) correctly. If the bleeding procedure
was performed correctly, the lever will no longer feel spongy. If not so, repeat
the procedure.

BRAKES
Fluid level inside the reservoir shall never drop below the minimum
notch during the bleeding procedure.
Brake fluid is corrosive. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse with
abundant water.
If brake lever or brake pedal feel mushy after a fall or after a repair,
resulting in loss of braking, bleed the circuit as described above.
