SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS

Exhaust system check

Perform a visual inspection of the exhaust system first, in order to identify pos-
sible gas leaks from the sealing elements (gaskets), and to ensure that the
Silent-Blocks are not damaged.
Subsequently, inspect the single components by disassembling the exhaust
system.
Also check the tightening of the flange nuts (1) fastening the manifold to the
cylinder head and the clamps (2) fastening the silencers to the manifolds as well
as the tightening of the screw (3) fastening the silencer to its support.
The damaged or broken parts must be replaced.
