Parameters
max-number: Maximum number of PVCs allowed on an ATM interface, in the range of 1 to 1024.
Description
Use the pvc max-number command to set the maximum number of PVCs allowed on the current ATM
interface.
Use the undo pvc max-number command to restore the default.
By default, the maximum number of PVCs allowed is 1024.
The maximum number specified in this command is the total number of the PVCs that can be created on
an ATM main interface and its subinterfaces.
NOTE:
The command is available only in ATM main interface view.
Examples
# Specify that interface ATM 3/1/1 support up to 128 PVCs.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface Atm 3/1/1
[Sysname-Atm3/1/1] pvc max-number 128

reset atm interface

Syntax
reset atm interface [ atm { interface-number | interface-number.subnumber } ]

interface-number: Specifies the number of an ATM main interface.
subnumber: Specifies the number of an ATM subinterface, in the range of 0 to 1023. It is separated from
the main interface by a dot (.).
