Syntax
frame-format { sdh | sonet }
undo frame-format

Parameters
sdh: Sets the framing format to SDH STM- 1 /STM-4.
sonet: Sets the framing format to SONET OC-3/OC- 1 2.
Description
Use the frame-format command to set the framing format for an ATM interface.
Use the undo frame-format command to restore the default.
By default, the framing format of an ATM interface is SDH STM- 1 /STM-4.
Examples
# Set the framing format of ATM 3/1/1 to SONET OC-3/OC- 1 2.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] interface Atm 3/1/1
[Sysname-Atm3/1/1] frame-format sonet
