Download flow sequence timeout/BL

The allotted time for flow sequence downloading was exceeded.

possibly due to interruption by a
fatal fault, an improperly seated
Tower Cover or door, or a fluidics
problem.
The Data Module did not receive acknowledgment of a command sent to the
Analyzer within the allotted time.
