with the default laser power.
• The value obtained by multiplying the current
power by the power correction ratio is indicated.
It may differ from the calculated value depending
on the correction ratio.
• When the power correction has not been
performed, this value is "000".
When the power correction has not been performed,
this value is "000".
When the power correction has not been performed,
this value is "00000000000000".
It is indicated whether or not the power check result
is lower than the value set in "Low Power Detect
Level".
This result is valid only in the measurement result
readout just after the start point of the power check.
