TA returns an extended report of the reason for the last call
release.
+CEER: <locationID>,<cause>

Location ID as number code. Location IDs are listed in Section 8.3.1.
Each ID is related with anther table that contains a list of <cause>s.
Reason for last call release as number code. The number codes are listed
in several tables, sorted by different categories. The tables can be found
proceeding from the Location ID given in Section 8.3.1
