Unsolicited result codes supported:
+CCWV Shortly before the ACM (Accumulated Call Meter) maximum value is reached, an unsolicited
result code +CCWV will be sent, if enabled by this command. The warning is issued approximately when
5 seconds call time remains. It is also issued when starting a call if less than 5s call time remains
