(or perform a single injection using the AutoInjector Mod-
ule), select the A

If you want to manually inject your sample without using the
AutoInjector Module, you will have to replace the sample probe
fitting with a Luer injection port (supplied) or 22 gauge needle
port (optional).
4. In the dialogue box, enter the total sample volume and the
number of injections (Figure 4-2).
