10.5 Firmware downgrade
Procedure
To downgrade the inverter's firmware to an older version, proceed as follows:
1. Switch off the 24 V inverter power supply voltage.
If the inverter is equipped with a module for the internal 24 V power supply, then instead
of the 24 V power supply, you must switch off the 400 V supply.
2. Remove the Power Module.
3. Insert the card with the matching firmware into the slot on the lower side of the Power
Module until you can feel it snap into place.
4. Mount the Power Module with the inserted firmware card.
5. Switch on the 24 V inverter supply voltage.
If the inverter is equipped with a module for the internal 24 V power supply, then instead
of the 24 V power supply, you must switch on the 400 V supply.
6. The inverter transfers the firmware from the memory card into its memory.
The transfer takes between 5 and 10 minutes.
While data is being transferred, the LED RDY on the inverter stays red. The BF LED
flashes orange with a variable frequency.
