Commissioning guidelines

We recommend the following procedure:
1. Define the requirements of
your application placed on
the drive.

2. Reset the converter when
required to the factory
setting.

3. Check whether the factory
setting of the converter is
appropriate for your
application.
If not, start with the basic
commissioning.

4. Check whether you need to
adapt the commissioning
DIP switches.
5. If necessary, adapt the
communications interface in
the converter.

6. If necessary, set further
functions in the converter.

7. Save your settings.
