Manually Removing a Tool from the Head

Observing the status of the control LED is also important when restoring the network settings
to factory default.See the section
When a syringe plunger or needle is bent during an automated procedure, it is likely that the
tool can no longer be parked in the Tool Station.
The de-coupling mechanisms can be blocked by the distorted part of the syringe.
In such situations it is important that you can manually remove the Tool from the Head.
WARNING Turn off the power to the TriPlus RSH before any repair steps are taken.
To remove a tool from the head of the TriPlus RSH
1. Turn Off the power to the TriPlus RSH system.
2. Move the Head manually in a position where it is easily accessible, preferably to an empty
slot of the Tool Station. Manually pull down the Z-axis to gain easy access to the lower
part.
3. Remove the front cover by loosening the screw at bottom of the cover. See
