Possible Cause
Network cable may not be plugged
into:

TriPlus RSH, Company network or
PC
Verify that the IP Address is correct.
Verify that the Basic Communication
is possible.
Firmware update error.
Hardware error.
LAN Communication Problems using Direct Connection
Recommended Action
Check if the network cable is plugged into the
autosampler and the local company network
or PC.
Ask your local Network administrator for
assistance with TCP/IP settings.
Check the IP Address settings in the computer
and in the system.
Is DHCP mode active?
Check the status of the LED.
