TriPlus RSH Hardware Manual
For certain GC models, centering rings are provided with the GC mounting kit.
If a centering ring is available, it should not only be used for teaching the injector position,
but also for routine work. The ring stabilizes the needle guide of the TriPlus RSH Head at the
moment of needle penetration. It acts as a guide tool and prevents needle bending.
For the GC Inj1 (GC Inj2), the teaching position is the appropriate GC Injection port.
The lower needle guide should be centered on the port with the bottom of the lower needle
guide lightly touching its surface.
