• Be careful not give damage to timing belt
when installing.
• Do not twist timing belt, bring inside out,
or bend sharp, or it may be damaged.
• Be careful not to allow oil or grease to

Install tensioner bolt 0, reduce tension of the belt, and then

tighten the bolt temporarily.
Reinstall hanger q and tighten bolt to specified torque.

Hanger bolt :
23 N·m ( 17 lb·ft ) [ 2.3 kgf·m ]
Tighten timing pulley nut w to specified torque.

Use 40mm deep socket wrench e or ring wrench
for this step.
