REAR LEAF SPRING
. Removal I Inspection I Installation
1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and support it with safety stands.
2. Remove the wheels.
3.
Remove in the order shown in the figure, referring to
Removal Note.
4 .
Install in the reverse order of removal, referring to
Installation Note.
5. Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.
Caution
• Tighten the mounting nuts of the shackle pin and spring pin to the specified torque with the
vehicle lowered and in an unladen condition.
