1. Inspect gear teeth for damage, wear, and cracks.
2. Inspect splines for damage and wear.
Shift rod end and change lever
1 .
Measure the clearance between the shift rod ends and
change lever.
Clearance: 0.8mm(0.031 in) max.
Selector lever and change lever
1 . Measure the clearance between the selector lever and
change lever. .
Clearance: 0.8mm (0.031 in) max.
Inner shift lever and shift fork
1. Measure the clearance between the inner shift lever and
shift fork.
Clearance: 0.8mm (0.031 in) max.
Clutch hub assembly
,1. Inspect for clutch hub sleeve and hu b operation.
2. Inspect individual gear teeth for damage, wear, and cracks.
3. Inspect synchronizer key for damage, wear, and cracks.
