DL Unicast (Kbps): Unicast traffic downlink rates.
CIR: Requested minimum committed downlink bandwidth.
OIR: Available downlink bandwidth.
UL Unicast (Kbps): Unicast traffic uplink rates.
CIR: Requested minimum committed uplink bandwidth.
OIR: Available uplink bandwidth.
On/Off: Enable or disable Link or Service.
