Use the upgrade command to upload a new firmware binary file to the RDL-3000.
upgrade <ip addr> <file name> <user name> <password>
ip addr
IP address of the FTP/TFTP server.
file name
Name of the binary file to be uploaded.
user name
FTP account name (FTP server only).
password
FTP account password (FTP server only).
Notes:
1. TFTP: You must specify the TFTP server address and the full name of the binary file
(including .bin extension). The firmware binary file must be located in the default
directory of the TFTP server.

Use the user command to manage user accounts, passwords, and user Groups. When
in user mode, only the <chgpasswd> field is available, since the user can change only
their own password. The other commands are available only for members of the
administrator Group. The RDL-3000 supports administrator and user accounts.
