The Loss of flame error message is not written to the history if the cause is adverse
wind. The error handling approach/error response remains unchanged.

At low speed it is highly probably that adverse wind is the cause of the loss of the flame.
For this reason, the AdvWindStartSp [4507.1] parameter is used as the suppression
criterion. If the current speed is lower than AdvWindStartSp [4507.1] when loss of flame
occurs, the error message is not written to the history.

Similarly, loss of flame at low speed (speed < AdvWindStartSp [4507.1]) not caused
by adverse wind is not written to the history.

Error messages resulting in a lockout will continue to be written to the history.
Consequently, the Loss of flame during operation elapsed repetition counter fault
entry may be written to the history but the associated losses of flame are not.
