4.9.4 Remove the Rear IR Sensor

(12 minutes)
1. Remove the LCD/Keypad Assembly. See
Assembly.
2. Remove (4) #2 Phillips® screws from the rear IR sensor PCB.
3. Remove the IR sensor board.

4.9.5 Remove the Front IR Sensor

(9 minutes)
1. Remove the top cover. See
2. Disconnect the harness from the front IR sensor.
3. Remove (2) 3 mm hex screws, which secure the front IR sensor.
4. Remove the front IR sensor with the mounting bracket attached.
5. Remove (2) #2 Phillips® screws, which secure the mounting bracket to
the front IR sensor.
6. Remove the front IR sensor and set aside the stand-offs and the
mounting bracket to be installed on the new module.

4.9.6 Remove the Main AC Input

(18 minutes)
1. Remove the top cover. See
2. Remove (3) 3 mm hex screws from the transparent engine duct on top of the engine cover. Remove the
engine duct.
3. Remove (1) 3 mm hex screw from the black card cage duct on
the side of the card cage. Remove the card cage duct.
4. Remove the card cage. See
5. Remove the lamp blower fan. See
Fan.
6. Remove (4) harnesses from the AC input module while taking
note of which harness goes where.
7. Remove (2) #1 Phillips® screws, which secure the AC input
mounting bracket to the base plate. Remove the AC input
module.
