Static VLAN
Configuration

The following figure shows a static VLAN configuration table. Two new VLANs were created (VLAN2 and
Test). Egress rules of the ports are not configured.
This figure displays how to configure the Egress rule of the ports.
Use the following steps to configure Egress rules:
1. Assign Egress rule of the ports to U or T.
2. Press Apply to apply the setting.
If you want to remove one VLAN, select the VLAN entry and then click the Remove button.

VLAN ID: The VLAN identifier for this VLAN.
Name: The name of the VLAN.
1 - 9: The corresponding port number on the VLAN.

U Untag, indicates that egress/outgoing frames are not VLAN tagged.
•
T Tag, indicates that egress/outgoing frames are LAN tagged.
Click Apply to apply the settings.
Note: You must Save the settings
if the ES8509-XT is powered off.
Click Remove Selected to remove the selected static VLAN.
Click Reload to reload static VLAN configuration.
