5 Discrete Output function block
Description
Displays the discrete input value and status copied from an
external function block in the CAS operating mode.
Discrete state 0 = Starting point, no effect
Discrete state 1 = Reserved
Discrete state 2 = Positive zero return channel 1 "ON"
Discrete state 3 = Positive zero return channel 1 "OFF"
Discrete state 4 = Zero point adjustment channel 1
Discrete state 5 = Reserved
Discrete state 6 = Reserved
Discrete state 7 = Reset totalizers 1, 2, 3
Discrete state 8 = Reset totalizer 1
Discrete state 9 = Reset totalizer 2
Discrete state 10 = Reset totalizer 3
Discrete state 11 = Reserved
Discrete state 12 = Reserved
Discrete state 13 = Reserved
Discrete state 14 = Reserved
Discrete state 15 = Reserved
Discrete state 16 = Positive zero return channel 2 "ON"
Discrete state 17 = Positive zero return channel 2 "OFF"
Discrete state 18 = Zero point adjustment channel 2
Note!
• The desired function will only then be executed when a status
change from 0 (Discrete state 0) to the corresponding function
value, (e.g. Discrete state 2 = positive zero return ON), takes
place.
• The remote setpoint value read in via the CAS_IN_D parameter
is only used if the Discrete Output function block is in the CAS
operating mode.
In the AUTO operating mode, the value of the SP_D parameter
is used as a setpoint value.
Note!
With PROline Prosonic Flow 93 FOUNDATION Fieldbus, this
parameter is fixed at 16.
Assignment of the logical hardware channels of the Transducer
Blocks "TRANSDUCER_CH1" (flow channel 1, base index 1200),
"TRANSDUCER_CH 2" (flow channel 2, base index 1300) or
"TRANSDUCER_TOT" (totalizer, base index 1550) to the input of
the Discrete Output function block in question.
Options:
0 = Uninitialized
16 = Discrete Output
