A sequenceInsertFile (SIF) request cannot be supported because
it is not resident on the LPS.
Action 1. Copy the missing file onto the LPS or change the referenced
file name.
2. Resend the document.

Invalid operator ordering; SHOW precedes first font set.
No family has been set up in the Interpress master prior to text
imaging.
