0x310 Data receive error, like parity buffer
overflow.
0x311 Internal EDM subsystem error.
0x312 Sensor is working already, abort
current measuring first.
0x313 No measurement activity started.
0x314 Calculated checksum, resp.

communication mode possible).
0x315 During start up or shut down phase
an error occured. It is saved in the
DEL buffer.

sensor HW.
