disable address_binding roaming
Description
This command is used to disable IMPB roaming. When disabled, all dynamic entries learned
through DHCP/ND snooping on a specific port will not have chance to change to the learning port,
even if the switch detects that the client already changed ports. In other words, the MAC address,
learned at port 1, will not have chance to change to port 2 until the IMPB entry aged out.
Note: For an inactive entry, whether the roaming state is enabled or not, it detects whether a new
ARP or IP packet belongs to the same IP address from other ports. The inactive entry will change
the port and set state to active.
