20) Disconnect the CMP sensor lead wire coupler (23),
PAIR solenoid valve lead wire coupler (24) and PAIR
solenoid valve hose (25).

21) Remove the PAIR solenoid valve (26).
22) Remove the ignition coil/plug caps (27) and cylinder
head cover shield (28).
CAUTION
!
• Do not pry up the ignition coil/plug cap
with a screwdriver or a bar to avoid its
damage.
• Be careful not to drop the ignition coil/plug
cap to prevent its short or open circuit.

23) Disengage the gearshift link arm (29).

24) Remove the engine sprocket cover (30).
25) Remove the clutch push rod (31).
26) Remove the engine sprocket (32). Refer to "Engine
Sprocket Removal and Installation in Section 3A
(Page 3A-2)".
27) Support the engine using an engine jack.
28) Remove the engine mounting bolt (33).
29) Loosen the engine mounting pinch bolt (34).
