Does the bushing attached to the returning roller shaft smoothly move up and down?
NO 

YES
Is the spring of the returning roller detached?
YES  Attach the spring.


Is the wiring between the finisher controller PC board and stack delivery motor (M2) cor-
rect?
NO 

YES
Is the stack delivery lever home position sensor (S8) working properly?
NO 

YES
1) Replacing the stack processing motor.
2) Replace the finisher controller PC board.

Loosen the adjustment screw to adjust its tension.
Apply grease on the cut-out part of the front side frame where the bush-
ing contacts.
Correct the wiring.
Replace the sensor.
