Check the version of firmware used for the
upgrade. The firmware is incompatible with this
device.

removal and either the software or device user
interface attempted to remove the media.
NOTE: This IS NOT a hardware issue.
If the issue cannot be resolved with the
application software, power off the device,
disconnect the data cable, and then power on the
device.
