key

into the
slot in
the
cranksha ft. Ma
ke
sure
it
is
seated cor-
rectl y
and
is
not
cock ed.
2. Position the drive
sproc ket w
ith
the
sprocket
teeth
side going on
last.
Slide
the
dr
ive
sprocket (F igure

onto the
crankshaft and
inde
x
ill
onto
the Wood-
ruff
key, Push
the
drive
sprocket
on until
it botto
ms.

the
special
wrench

necessary.

key

tensioner
slider

damage. Replace
if
necessary.

slotted nut (Figure

onto
the
crankshaft
and
tighten
fin
ger
tight
mak ing
sure
the
drive sproc
ket
is
properly seated on the
Woodruff
key
and the
cra
nks
haft
.

Install
the
spec
ial
tool
(Figure
15
1)
onto
the
slo tted nut.
Press
hard
011
the
tool to engage
the
tool
tab
s into the
nut
slots.
Turn
the
special
tool
co
unter-
clo
ckwise
and
tighten to the
torqu
e
spe ci ficatio
n
listed
in
Table
3
.
Rem
o ve
the specia
l
too
l.
5.
Install
the
washer and
nut (C,
Figure
150)
onto
the
end
ofthe crankshaft,
Tighten
finger
tight
atthis
time.
