Remove the four
wheel
lug
nu
ts.

remove
the
rear
whee

Clean
the lug nuts
ill
solve
nt and
dry
thoro
ugh
ly.
9.
lnspcct the
whee
l
for
cracks,
bendin g
or
other
damage.
Ifdamage is
severe,
replace the wheel as
de-
scribed
under Tires am

Wheels
in Chapter
Twelve.

ll the wheel onto the
hub and install the lug
nuts

2). Finger-tighten
the lug
nuts
until
the
whee l
is positioned
square ly

inst the
rear hub.

ue
wrench
and
tighten the
lug
nuts
in
a crisscross
pattern
to
the
torqu
e
specification
listed
in Table
2.
