Tighten

pressure
bolt
clockwise
until
both
crank
case halves
begin
to
separate.

crankcase
during
this
operation

plastic
or rubber
mallet
and
tap
gently
on
the
coolant
pump shaft while
tightening the
center
bolt to
help
during
separation.
