Through the making of bread
dough, you can also make
croissants (P. EN59),
bagels (P. EN60) and other
various flavored bread.
Preparations
Install blade in the bread pan.
Add flour, water and other ingredients (except instant dry yeast) in the bread pan.

Put the bread pan into the main body and place instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser.

Egg (evenly mixed)

Instant dry yeast
* Use cold water at a temperature of about 5 ˚C
when the room temperature is over 25 ˚C.

Press 取消 (Cancel) when you hear beep sounds.
Take out the dough right away.
* If you leave it in the bread pan, the dough will ferment further.
* Changing the ratio of dough ingredients may slow down the
